I’ve attempted to focus my sports card collection from basically accumulating everything I could to focusing on a number of players, themes, and teams. Generally speaking, I really only actively seek out baseball, Portland Trail Blazers, Portland Thorns and other NWSL/WoSo Cards, and the stuff that fits the lists shown under other sports below.

Non-sports is limited to autographs of entertainers (mostly in the world of comedy) and the occasional Old Hollywood celeb, or current mega stars.
Modern presidents and other political figures – I have a degree in Political Science and I am [regrettably] still very interested in politics, history, and changing the world for the better. For this one, I try to keep to presidents whose cards were issued during their lifetimes. So, the 1990 Topps George Bush card would count (not that I’d pay up for that one) but a Goodwin Champions card of John Tyler might not. I’ll collect presidents across the political divide from me (looking at you, Nixon and W) but I’m definitely not buying a card of 45/47. I limit other political figures to people whose views are roughly in line with mine – so, not looking for JD Vance Topps Now, but I’ll definitely make room for AOC.
